It's Going to Hurt A Little.

In life, you fall in love and you can fall out of love with someone.
Although feelings may pass for someone and can go from loving someone
with all your heart to not even giving two cares for that person, you
can’t deny the smiles and good times you had with that person. At one
point or another, they were probably the only person you would want to
talk to at the end of the night and run to when something went wrong
or right. They had some sort of power/hold over you that could either
make your day or break it. I’ve loved before and I can say that its
hard when you dedicate so much of your time and energy to that person,
then you grow cold and distant to that person. You go from talking to
that person from night till the sun comes up, then all of a sudden,
you don’t even know how to talk to that person. Strangers is what you
become. A sad ending but always a bright beginning. You always think
to yourself, how did I live life without this person or how could I
ever love someone else? Crazy how life plays with your head only to
make you emotionally, mentally and physically stronger to withstand
the chaos you would endure later in life. One of the hardest parts is
waiting for that person; thinking they would come back to you and
looking around your surroundings and getting constantly reminded of
who and what that person was to you. Getting questioned from others
like “how’s (insert name)” or “where’s (insert name)” or "You know I really miss (insert name)...bring them around again!!"; then
you stand there with a blank face thinking I don’t know how the hell
(insert name) is doing or where the hell (insert name) is, and really
not caring but having that small sprinkle in your heart wondering how
(insert name) is doing and where (insert name) is. It hurts even more when you've given every ounce of love to someone, and the love isn't reciprocated. There are days of separation anxiety and loneliness. You have no appetite for anything and everything you ate you just wanna regurgitate cause you physically feel sick thinking of that person. Then you see them with someone else, and you wonder "What did I ever do wrong?". But remember, you are beautifully and wonderfully made & if your significant other or ex can't/couldn't see that, then they were obviously blind to the true SWAGGA that exists.
All in all, you can not completely live your life “not giving two shits” for a person
that you loved in the past. You always have some sort of connection to
that person by getting reminded by a song, a clothing, and scent; just
something that will remind you of the past and will make you forget
about the hell you guys went through. Something inside will tell you
( if you’re not completely an ass) that its okay to forgive someone
if they did you dirty. There will always be a small part of you that
will thank them for doing you dirty; either because they made you
stronger and helped you live your life maturely, or they opened
another door for you to just do you.
